Our names are Ryan and Kennedy Wilson and we are the owners of Ciao Sandwich Co. based in Timmins On. Established in 2023, shortly before we tied the knot, we dove into the unexpected world of entrepreneurship. Our passion for creating quality food experiences for the local foodie scene in Timmins has lead us to opening up our own Sandwich/ Espresso Shop located downtown Timmins. We can’t wait to share it with you.

My specialty is spending time in the kitchen mixing up our homemade doughs daily. Between testing new recipes and perfecting old ones our kitchen is always evolving. Once I’ve wrapped up my daily baking you can find me in the Front of House crafting up specialty coffees.

Win this space grand prize winner 2023
Inspired by Timmins entrepreneurial scene we enrolled in the Win This Space program (2023). We started small at our local weekly markets and started to get great feedback. After completing several weeks of online seminars, consulting with local business owners and mentors we felt we had the perfect pitch for the 2023 panel of judges. We pulled out all the stops (of course brought taste testers) and went home in anxious anticipation of the grand reveal. December 5th, 2023 was a day that changed our lives forever. Being awarded the Grand Prize of Free Rent for our first year in business was the perfect way to reward all of our efforts from our first year in business.
We have more than just our pitch to thank for this win. We have a whole community of new customers and friends to thank for believing in us. Without your support at local markets and events we could have never gotten here. Cheers to you & Cheers to good food.
